Because many people’s working patterns don’t neatly fit the school day, we have a club running before and after school every day, providing safe and fun childcare for pupils from our school.

Details:

Breakfast Club - Drop-off from 7:45am led by Mrs. Young – please access school through the main entrance and use the buzzer attached to the door to alert a member of staff. There will be charge of £4 per child. If your child arrives before 8:15 a.m. the cost includes a breakfast of toast and juice or milk. Alternatively, if your child arrives after 8:15am there will be a charge of £3 - breakfast will not be provided, childcare only.

Bookings will be accepted although we operate a drop-off in the mornings, so feel free to drop-off as and when suits.

After school care

These sessions MUST be booked in advance. Sessions can be booked through the email address admin@hebdenroyd.calderdale.sch.uk or by contacting us by phone on 01422 842821

Invoicing/Payment:

Invoices will be sent home each month and payment must be made by bank transfer within 14 days of receipt to ensure your child/ren are able to continue to use our facilities.

8:15 - 8:45am - £3.00 per child (no food)

After school club

Monday - Thursday open until 5:30pm

Friday - Stay & Play only (close at 4:15pm)

General Club Information

  • £6.00 per session 3:15pm - 4:15pm (light snack)

  • £7.00 per session 4:15pm - 5:00pm (hot meal included)

  • £5.00 per session 5:00pm – 5:30pm

We operate a 10% discount for families with more than one child. This will be deducted from their monthly invoice.
