Key Stage 1 - Spaceman Visit

This week KS1 had a visit from a spaceman.  We learnt all about Space exploration especially the trip to the moon made by Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins.  We got to play games and fire stomp rockets, we also met Space Ted! 

We also thoroughly enjoyed working in teams to build a house suitable for Planet Mars and found out all about the best materials for building in space and why.   The class really enjoyed the experience.
